Terms and Conditions for Massage Therapy Services

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please ensure you refrain from smoking before and during your appointment to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for all clients and staff.
  • No Use of Cameras or Recording Devices: The use of video cameras, audio recording devices, or any similar equipment is strictly forbidden during the session. This is to protect the privacy and comfort of both the therapist and other clients.
  • Pregnancy Massage Restrictions: Pregnant clients may only receive pregnancy-specific massages or foot massages. It is important to inform the therapist if you are pregnant to ensure that the appropriate treatments are provided.
  • Medical Conditions: Clients are required to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and surgeries within the last 6 months before receiving treatment. This is essential for the therapist to provide safe and appropriate care tailored to your specific needs.
  • Minors: Clients under the age of 18 may be treated at the therapist's discretion and only with a responsible adult present during the entire session. Parental or guardian consent is required in writing prior to any treatment.
  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform the therapist of any injuries, skin conditions, or other health concerns prior to the appointment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments based on this information to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
  • Personal Hygiene: Clients are requested to maintain personal hygiene before attending the appointment. This ensures a pleasant experience for both the client and the therapist.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
  • Right to Refuse Treatment: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
