The right massage depends on your needs. If you’re looking for deep relaxation, Swedish massage is ideal. For muscle tension or chronic pain, Deep Tissue massage may be best. Thai massage involves stretching and is great for flexibility, while Foot massage is perfect for relieving tired feet. I can also help recommend a treatment based on your specific concerns.

On your first visit, we’ll have a brief consultation to discuss your health history, any areas of tension, and your goals for the massage. This helps me customize your session. During the massage, you can expect a calm, soothing environment where your comfort and relaxation are the top priority.
The frequency depends on your individual needs and lifestyle. For general wellness, once a month is a good starting point. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or stress, more frequent sessions may be beneficial.
You should wear what makes you comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level, as you will be fully draped with a sheet during the massage, with only the area being worked on exposed. For Thai massage, you may be asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing, as it involves more stretching. Please keep your underwear on at all times during the session.
